Welcome to the Regional Development Australia Ipswich & West Moreton Members’ Area. This is a place where you can get involved with RDA, share your ideas, comment on what’s happening and have input into documents.
To take advantage of these opportunities you must become a member of the website. Once you’re a member you can join one or more of the groups which are centred around our priority initiatives.

Groups are really an online version of the physical working group and allow members to contribute ideas and discuss issues raised by other members. You can also upload documents to share with members of your group and with members of other groups. This members’ area is part of the RDA consultation process and builds on the work of the Regional Leaders Forum, held in Gatton in May 2011.

In such a diverse and widespread region, this online member’s forum gives anyone who has access to a computer a chance to have a say on the work of RDA. Regional Development Australia unites three levels of government, as well as the community and business sectors and enables them to sustainably develop the region socially and economically. This online members’ area provides the platform for doing that work.

Each of our groups is managed by a co-ordinator who approves member applications and who moderates the discussion. Becoming a member and joining an online group is easy, simply follow the instructions. The online groups are focused around the priority themes outlined in our interim Roadmap.
