IPSWICH & WEST MORETON
Overview
Commonground is a not-for-profit social enterprise that has been supporting social justice, environmental, disadvantaged and community groups since 1984.
It does this through providing its Venue in Seymour, Victoria, at subsidised rates for social change groups; its education and training organisation, the Groupwork Institute of Australia; and its Intentional Community, who run the Commonground Social Change Festival.
Do you work for or know of an organisation that is doing great work to bring about social change but cannot afford to bring the team together for a focused planning session or annual meeting?
Over the past 40 years Commonground has provided retreat and conference facilities to smaller organisations that have been working hard to have a positive impact on in the world.
For many organisations doing incredible work to bring about social change the opportunity to bring the team together or to run a small conference is simply not affordable.
In order to expand the number of organisations Commonground helps, they have created the Commonground Grants program, offering over $30,000 worth of accommodation and venue use to smaller NFPs so that they can increase the value of the work they do for the greater community.
Available are one, two and three day fee reduction grants.
About This Grant
