They encourage members to seek out, and take advantage of enrichment activities that enhance professional, cultural, and personal growth, whilst also demonstrating their commitment to the wider network of Ember Connect women.

Supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women take up personal, professional or cultural development opportunities.

To be eligible for a Game Changer Grant, applicants must:
- Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander woman aged 18 years or older
- Be a resident of Australia
- Be a member of the Ember Connect community (free to join).
