Local Leaders Connect at Employment and Training Forum

Rees Banks and Liz Conroy, Project Manager for the Springfield Regional Jobs Committee, recently attended the Employment and Training Forum in Ipswich, joining industry and employment stakeholders from across the region.

The forum provided an opportunity to connect with key partners, including Kelvin Kumar, Linked & Launch Manager, and Kelly Weaver from ETC, and to contribute to discussions focused on current workforce challenges.

A key theme throughout the forum was the ongoing impact of skills shortages across multiple industries.
