Business Growth Fund Round 7 Opens for Queensland Small Businesses
The Queensland Government has announced the launch of Round 7 of the Business Growth Fund (BGF), offering significant support for eligible small and family businesses looking to scale their operations and boost economic growth across the state.
The BGF targets high-growth businesses ready to accelerate their development, increase productivity and create more local jobs. Through this round, grants ranging from $50,000 to $75,000 (excluding GST) are available to help businesses purchase specialised equipment that can enhance efficiency, expand market reach or develop export opportunities.
Successful applicants will receive funding across three milestone payments and must contribute at least 50% of the total project costs. The program encourages businesses to aim for measurable outcomes, including a 20% increase in productivity, turnover, profit or employment.
By supporting innovation and expansion, the Business Growth Fund continues to play a vital role in strengthening Queensland’s small business sector.
