Building Resilience in Agriculture at Tamborine Mountain Workshop

Queensland farmers and producers are invited to attend a practical and engaging resilience workshop at Tamborine Mountain this June, designed to support personal wellbeing and strengthen business resilience during challenging times.

Hosted by QFF, the all-day session will feature international resilience expert Elizabeth McNaughton and introduce participants to the innovative “Doing Well” cards — a practical deck of 100 simple actions grounded in recovery knowledge and neuroscience.

The workshop aims to provide producers with practical tools and strategies to help navigate uncertainty, manage stress and build stronger, more resilient businesses and communities.

The event will be held on Thursday 18 June from 9:00am to 2:30pm at The Miners Lantern event space, Tamborine Mountain Glades.

Organisers encourage producers, rural business owners and community members to attend and connect with others facing similar challenges across the agricultural sector.
