Jobs Academy Empowers Women to Re-Enter the Workforce

Women looking to return to work now have access to a year-long program designed to build skills, confidence and connections through Jobs Academy — a national initiative created by FW, an organisation dedicated to making work fairer, better and more accessible for women.

The Jobs Academy program is flexible, self-paced and completely free, thanks to government funding. Participants gain access to a comprehensive suite of resources, workshops and development opportunities to help them take the next step in their career journey.

Once accepted into the program, participants unlock a personalised online dashboard offering:

• A library of self-guided courses to refine resumes, articulate strengths and navigate the job market.
• Mentoring and coaching, delivered through small-group workshops and webinars with experienced professionals.
• Jobs and Skills Fairs, connecting participants directly with employers, training providers and pathway programs.
• A supportive online community, including access to the FW Leadership Summit in March.
