What a morning it has been at the Launch to Employment & Multicultural Jobs Forum organised by Springfield Regional Jobs Committee!

A huge thank you to all the businesses, community partners, and local job seekers who made the Launch to Employment & Multicultural Jobs Forum a standout success!

Held at Woodcrest State College, the event brought together a diverse group of enthusiastic employers and interview-ready candidates from young job seekers to those from multicultural backgrounds, all eager to contribute to Springfield’s thriving workforce.

With strong turnout, meaningful connections, and real employment opportunities sparked, the energy in the room was inspiring. Candidates had undergone pre-employment coaching, and it showed; confidence, professionalism, and potential filled the space.

This collaborative event, proudly aligned with the Queensland Workforce Strategy 2022–2032, marked a key step in building a stronger, more inclusive local workforce.
